Welcome to the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for Abundance Marketing DBA Ayda's Coaching and Trainings LLC, Abundance Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our DEMO website & services and systems, which are designed to showcase the functions and features of our Abundance Marketing solutions. By accessing or using our DEMO services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our DEMO services.

1. DEMO SERVICES DESCRIPTION: The DEMO services provided by us include various marketing solutions and features, which may be subject to change or enhancement. These DEMO services are for demonstration purposes only and are not intended for commercial use.

Demo Marketing demonstrations

1- This website is designed to demonstrate the Functions and features of Abundance Marketing solutions. These include Form Registrations, Emails, SMS texting, Calendar appoinments, Ai, Live Chat and many others. When you optin - you will receive SAMPLE responses as demonstrated that can be modified to fit a specific businesses communication preferences.

2- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to 1 877-873-0901. Upon sending "STOP"; we will confirm your unsubscribe status vai SMS. Following this information, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5- As always, messages and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive {Message Frequency}. For questions about your text plan, or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

2. USER REPRESENTATIONS: By using our DEMO services, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.You will use the DEMO services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the DEMO services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: All content, features, and functionality of the DEMO services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the DEMO services without our express written permission.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE DEMO SERVICES: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the DEMO services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the DEMO services.

9. TERMINATION: We may terminate or suspend your access to the DEMO services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the DEMO services will cease immediately.

10. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and your use of the DEMO services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the DEMO services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
